Ukrainians, dear neighbors! In these difficult days, when shells, bombs and missiles fired by Russian soldiers are exploding on the territory of Ukraine, and both armed and peaceful Ukrainians, women and children are dying every day, it is hard for us to count on you to hear us. But we will try.

Maybe it is not directly the fault of the participants of the Congress of People's Deputies that Putin unleashed this war back in 2014. Many of us warned of the danger emanating from Putin's power, organized and participated in protests, voted against decisions leading us to bloodshed. But our responsibility has not gone anywhere: we could not stop the war. No matter how it was, this ghoul seized power in our country, and we could not do anything against it. And we, Russians, must all go through repentance, deimperialization and denazification together. Today you are paying a huge price for your freedom, because we did not pay earlier for ours. There is no excuse for this. A mad dictator can always increase the number of victims by an order of magnitude, tens, hundreds of times.

We joined the fight. Too late. Not in the right numbers. Not on all fronts. But at any rate, we, the members of the Russian anti-Putin resistance, can look you in the eye. In a personal capacity. Each and every one of us. Don't put a cross on all Russians. There are many in Russia who love Ukraine, but are afraid and do not understand how his personal sacrifice can help you. You don't have to get us freedom. That's our job. But we need to do it together, shoulder to shoulder - only in this way it will be possible. And thousands of our compatriots are already fighting on the side of Ukraine, and many thousands more are ready to join this fight - if you allow us to do so. Will we be able to defeat the dictatorship and stop the war? We will try. And if we succeed, we promise to liberate the occupied territories and agree on all disputed issues. Only a democratic Russia, rid of imperial ambitions, will be able to live in peace with its neighbors.

Glory to Ukraine!
